SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Pluck Yeah! Wax Center regarding appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and limited promotional offers. Message frequency varies, but you may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. General Use of the Website

2.1 Accurate Information
Clients must provide accurate contact, health, and payment information at the time of booking.

2.2 Punctuality
Arriving late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling. Our full Late Policy is available on the booking page.

2.3 Cancellation & No-Show Terms
By booking an appointment, you agree to all cancellation, late, and no-show policies displayed during booking.
Applicable fees may be automatically charged to the card on file.

2.4 Service Refusal
We reserve the right to decline service if:

  • A client presents a medical or skin condition that makes waxing unsafe

  • A client behaves inappropriately

  • A client violates policies or fails to comply with safety requirements

3. Card on File & Payment Authorization

3.1 Card Storage
We securely store cards on file through Square, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
We do not have access to full card numbers.

3.2 Authorization to Charge
By booking an appointment, you authorize Pluck Yeah! Wax Center to charge your card on file for:

  • Services rendered

  • No-show fees

  • Late cancellation fees

  • Rescheduling fees

  • Any outstanding balances

All fees are disclosed on our booking page and in our policies.

4. Intake Forms, Health Information & Safety

4.1 Truthful Disclosure
Clients must truthfully disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and skin sensitivities on intake forms.

4.2 Service Safety
We may decline or modify services if any condition poses a risk to the client.

4.3 Confidentiality
Intake forms and health information are used solely for service safety and are kept confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Text Messaging Terms & Consent

When providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive messages from Pluck Yeah! Wax Center at 916-999-5592.
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Intake form links

  • Customer support messages

  • Occasional promotional or informational updates (optional)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Gift Cards & Packages

All sales of gift cards, memberships, and packages are final unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced.

8. Minors & Consent

Services for clients under 18 require written parent or guardian consent.
We reserve the right to request identification or deny services if proper consent is not provided.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All images, logos, branding, graphics, text, and website content belong to Pluck Yeah! Wax Center.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website and booking system may link to third-party services such as Square for payments and forms.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or practices of third-party websites.

11. Liability Notice

By receiving services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with waxing, including but not limited to:

  • Redness

  • Sensitivity

  • Irritation

  • Bruising

  • Ingrown hairs

You agree that Pluck Yeah! Wax Center is not liable for reactions, injuries, or complications resulting from withheld information, failure to follow aftercare, or conditions outside our control.

We provide services “as is” and make no guarantees regarding outcomes or suitability for every skin type.
