Cancellation Policy

At Pluck Yeah! Wax Center, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or changed without enough notice, it impacts our ability to serve other clients. Please review our cancellation and no-show guidelines below:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we will do our best to complete your service.
However, late arrivals may result in shortened service time, adjusted services, or the need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

• Appointments canceled less than 4 hours before your scheduled time will be charged:

  • The full service price for services under $25

  • A $25 late-cancellation fee for services over $25

• Appointments rescheduled any time before the appointment start time will not incur a fee.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment:

• Services under $25 will be charged the full service amount

• Services over $25 will be charged a $25 no-show fee

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for any service performed on a minor. Any bikini service of a minor must have the legal parent or guardian present at the time of appointment.

Touch-Up Guarantee

If you notice any missed hairs after your appointment, you may return within 5 days for a complimentary touch-up.
